School Curriculum

Surestart school, Abuja offers an integrated curriculum, which aims to provide every child with a well rounded education.
The curriculum offered, i.e. British Curriculum, is, however, integrated with the Nigerian curriculum.
Each Pupil/Student is accessed by evaluating his /her performance in varying classwork, homework, as well as oral and written tests. They are also assessed using their project and attendance. At least 2 tests are conducted each term to determine the pupils/Student’s progress. Heads of schools and heads of departments regularly monitor teaching sessions, in order to be able to provide reports on each staff member.
