Admission Procedure
Obtain an admission form from our Admin Department
Complete the form and submit it. Accompanied with three passport photographs a photocopy of the child’s birth certificate and last results (from your child’s previous school) The foregoing documents are to be collectively submitted in an Application File obtained from
the School.
Once you have completed the required admissions form, schedule an appointment with the appropriate School Head, at which time the Application File should be submitted. The child will then be scheduled for a written placement test, for early years and primary years, entrance examination high school
Successful candidates in the written and oral tests/examinations will receive an admission letter. Oral tests are applicable to only high school students
The Child will be placed in a class after an oral interview has been conducted. Admission is only deemed complete after all payments have been made.
Graduation & Promotion Criteria
- A child must pass above average in all core subjects, including English and Mathematics before he/she can be promoted. In addition, the Pupils/students must be morally sound.
- There are three terms in each academic year. At the end of every term, students sit for an examination.
- The third term examination is for promotion into the next class (where applicable). However, in between each term’s examinations, at least 2 continuous assessment tests are conducted and a mid-term examination is carried out. In secondary school, the test ratio is 40%. while the examination ratio is 60%. The test ratio for Nursery/Primary and junior school in 60% and examination is 40%
